Preparing to Attend
In-Person Attendance
- Register for the conference by Wednesday, March 20.
- Attire: Please dress in an outfit that represents you and makes you feel like your authentic self. For reference, UCLA staff members will be in business casual.
- Inclusive Facilities: We strive to make our events accessible. The conference space will include gender neutral restroom facilities and access to lactation rooms if needed.
- Parking is included for the 2024 UCLA Alumnae Conference. Parking instructions will be emailed prior to the conference. More on UCLA visitor parking here.
- UCLA Basics Needs Center Donations: Attendees are encouraged to bring donations for the UCLA Basic Needs Center, which supports students facing food and housing insecurity and/or who have limited financial resources to pay for living expenses. Personal care and household items, feminine products, and items for dependents to the conference.
