Biography:

Jane Chongchit Houston is an executive career coach with a passion for developing leaders at all stages of their careers. With more than 15 years of experience as a U.S. diplomat, she has served at U.S. embassies and consulates across latin America and Asia, leading high performing global teams to promote human rights and security through public diplomacy, immigration policy, fraud prevention and data analytics. Now as an executive coach, she is dedicated to partnering with global leaders and young professionals to find career paths that align with their personal values, leadership potential and professional goals. Houston has mentored and coached international career executives to maximize their potential and expand their leadership skills to lead global teams. She is dedicated to public service and as a first-generation Thai American, she actively supports leaders who are striving to balance their career with the desire to serve and give back to their communities.
